She was definitely previously married and widowed to a Page (from the NZ marriage entry?), and Mr Page wasn't a stepfather?
What was the vessel she travelled to NZ on? Auckland City Libraries shows a 'Miss' Fanny Page who arrived in Jan 1860 on the Nimroud.
