To find her death in France you'd need to know where she was living.(The same for her birth in the US/Canada/France/wherever).
Luckily it seems her daughter visited her - see www.ellisisland.org
For example, Aug 15, 1911, arriving to NY, sailed from Bremen, Annette Kellerman, Artist, Australian/English, last residence Britanie, relative there mother Mrs Kellermann, Britani, Alcsas(?) Dinard.
May 16, 1908 she gives her mother's address as 6 Rue Herschel 11 Paris.
Jun 14, 1910 she says she has an Aunt Mrs A. Kellermann in NYC.
(there are a few other entries under both Kellermann and Kellerman so
NSW historical records show Alice's children:
Maurice C, b. 1885
Annette M S, b. 1886
Frederick J, b. 1891
Parents are listed as Frederick or Frederick W and Alice or Alice L. E.
She married 1882 - do you have the certificate?
There's also an Anne J. E. Charbonnet d. 1882 in Sydney aged 45 - her mother?

It's in NSW so presumably a family member brought it there at some point. It could be her mother as a girl.
