Hi Jenna, thx for your message. I know that right now, I'm working on the 1800 January descendants, and that we came over in 1686 to Philadelphia on the ship Desire, but I do not know where that ship sailed from. I believe that that descendant was named Thomas Janvier/Janveiries/? arrived in Philadelphia in 1686. Going forward to the 1800's, I am now working on my great great grandfather/grandmother of: Robert Spencer January and his wife Sarah (Sallie) Anne Samford and their parents/children, etc., of George G. January and Elizabethe (Lizzie) A. Mills. I've found information on Robert and his wife and their burial information, though I am not sure how to upload it to my family tree sites of Ancestry.com or Family Tree Maker 2006 which I'm using to find some of the records, as well as county records on the internet, which is why I'm not sure how to show their census records or burial records, etc.. For George G. January and Elizabeth A. Mills, I've not yet started on their records, but this is just some of what I'm working on. The other family (maternal side) of my grandfather's marriage was to: Walter B. January, Sr., and he married my grandmother Annie Naomi Andrews 1-11-1911 in Center, Shelby, Texas and she was from AL. Her parents were from Haw Ridge, Coffee/Dale, AL and so I'm working on finding who Anna E. Pitman's parents: Jim Pitman from AL and Jane Reynolds, I think from GA, but this is all that I have right now on them. James Richard Andrews parents were: Moses Andrews B. 9 Sep 1824 in SC and his wife was either Martha Shortey from SC or Martha Ann Archer? who's marriage took place in ,Dale, AL in 1873 I think, but I may be wrong on who married whom then. Thank you for anything that may work there.
