Civil records for Escot held by the LDS go up to 1889:

The modern-day Department is Pyrénées-Atlantiques.You could contac the Departmental archives (although most won't do research for you) or write to the Mairie (town hall) of Escot for later records.Generally they don't like to give details of records less than a hundred years old, though.
Unfortunately www.geneanet.com doesn't appear to have any later records for Escot (although it does link to some early marriages in Escot on the pay-site www.genea.com).
