Baron like in the nobility title or was part of the name? If Baron was his title he must have been (name & surname) baron St. Castin; on the other hand, there are many family names wich are nobility titles, specially in FRA.
And do you know if Oleron was the place of origin/residence?
Oleron is Ile de Oleron (Oleron Island)in Charente Maritime, FRA.
