I have some information on an Amos Frame from Muskingum co. but my dates don't match yours. My great great grandmother was Emeline Frame she married Henry Tibet Blake. Her father's name was Amos Frame. They lived in Brushcreek Township, in Muskingum co.
The Amos Frame I have would have been 56 in 1870. That infromation is in the 1870 Brushcreek Township Census records. It also has it listed that he was born in Pennsylvania. His wife was not listed, so I am guessing that he was widowed. I hope my information helps you.
