Ruth Ann Frame was married to Elisha Phipps Newlin, probably in Chester/ Delaware County, Pa. Elisha was from an old Quaker family that had been in the Chester County area since the 1600s. His parents were James and Sarah Phipps Newlin. Elisha and Ruth Ann moved to Ohio sometime after 1845, the birth of their son, Robert L. Newlin. Robert was not a Quaker, and I don't know if he or his parents 1st left the Friends. I know much on the Newlins but need to find the parents of Ruth Ann Frame.
