I just talked to son of James Frame at Victoria,
James pased away in 2001, He is first cousin of
mine. His mother and mine were sisters. His mother
Janet Russell (b) Cambusnethan Lanark, and my mum
(b) Carstairs Lanark 1900 . Went to school at Carluke
and came to Manitoba abt 1912.
James' father George Frame killed in a railway
switching accident in Manitoba 1926. I search ancestry
of Russell family mostly Carnwath. Spotted Elex's
message, but cant pull up HISTORY on www.carstair.
org.uk Also in touch w/Robert Frame, Lincoln Neb.

Son of James , Allister Frame at Victoria is mailing
history papers rec=d by his father from Australia as
I understand it.
Keep in touch maybe I can get some tips on finding
