William Frame 1775 VA-1838 IN

I'm looking for the parents of my William Frame, born ca 1775 Botetourt Co., VA (according to a biographical sketch of his son, John); died March, 1838 near Parkersburg, in Montgomery Co., IN. He was married 1801 in Montgomery Co., KY, to Susannah Davis. She had a sister, Sarah, who also married a Frame (according to the will of their father, John Davis). Does anyone know anything about these two Frame men who married the Davis sisters?
