This John Frame the husband of Anne (unknown) Frame is not the son of James Frame, he is the grandson. The John Frame (son of James Frame) died in 1750 Augusta Co., was married to Margaret (unknown) Frame. It goes this way::
James & Jane (unknown) Frame
John & Margaret (unknown) Frame,
John & Anne (unknown) Frame

In your list of John and Anne's children you are missing William. He died before the land was sold.
