Augusta Co VA Deed book 36 pg 148 8 Mar 1810
"This indenture between Ann Frame, widow and relict of John Frame deceased, and Archibald Frame, Ann Frame, Elizabeth Frame, John Allison and Polly his wife, late Polly Frame, of the county of Augusta, VA; John Robertson and Margaret his wife, late Margaret Frame, of the Co. of Montgomery and said Commonwealth and Joseph Shields and Rachel his wife, late Rachel Frame of the co. of WA and commonwealth of TN, heirs at law of the said decedent"... I know John Robertson was b. 1769 so it seems that John Frame, deceased must be the son of James who died in Augusta Co 1754 per Randy. Missed some of the discussion on lineage/birthplaces. Has an agreement been reached? Any ideas on Ann's maiden name?
