The Church of the Latter Day Saints has a very extensive data bank on world genealogy and can be accessed through "Family Search"for people or "IGI Batch Numbers" for places.
I conducted a search on "Family Search" for the marriage of Peter Frame in 1814 and got nothing. I then conducted another search for the marriage of Isabella Campbell in 1814 and got 22 results. Only one took place on 23 January 1814 and read as follows :
Isabella Campbell married Patrick Fraine, Stirling town, Stirling county, Scotland
I then conducted a search on IGI Batch Numbers under Scotland, Stirling, Stirling and looked for Isabella Campbell. Here are the results :
Isoble Campble born 17 October 1791
Father : Charles Campble
Mother : Janet Carrick
Hope this is of help to you.
Incidentally, there is a website called "Frame DNA and one name study" where data on the Frame family is being collected. There are 47 branches of the Frame family tree shown there, going back to 1600. Maybe you can connect to one of these branches. You can access them through :
Good luck on your research
