Hi Ramona,
I have no proof these stories are true. It's something I heard from my father Clester Fraley he was born in Morehead, KY. in 1908.
They came here to Wi in 1911, I think. My grandfather George was one of the first people to settle in a small township called Elton, WI. There is a Fraley cementary here as well... but the graves are not marked very well. Alot of graves I believe are marked with just a rock.
My dad passed away in 1984 at the age of 76. He died when I was 13 years old. I was born when he was 63. He was quite a bit older than my mother.
I hope that story didn't upset you, cause I don't know if it's true or not, but there is a strong possibilty that it is cause my grand father had a nasty temper.
