Just an update with a new piece of information.

In Louise Caroline Hobbs Blankenship's(Arthur Hobbs and Mary Fraley's daughter) death certificate, Mary Fraley's place of birth was listed as Tazewell Co., VA.

Were there any Fraleys in and around Tazewell Co. during 1820, particularly a James Fraley?
