Edward Wayne Fraker or Edwin as I know his research would likely be refering to his "Uncle Charlie". This referance would mean Charles Wesley Fraker (died 1876) altho I think this was Edwins grand father? Could be refering to Fremont Fraker born 1856 (who prefered using the name Charles). Could be refering to Charles F. Fraker born 1888 that was of this family group. Most likely Fremont my guess.
Intrestingly enought Charles Lee Fraker from New Mexico did own a hardware store in Wichita, KS in the 1878 era. His brother William was his clerk/, however Carles spent most of his time in NM.
If any of these Frakers would have meet in the day in KS, I'm doubting if they would be able to figure out their relationships for certian.
