I am searching for information regarding Cleo Foy (Ray). She married Walter Ray in Fayetteville, NC and they had three children, Rose Lee, Walter Jr., and Sarah Retha Ray.
Cleo died in the late 1930's or early 1940's. I know she has at least one sister named Caroline Foy. She died when her daughter and my mother, Rose Lee was a young girl, so I don't have that much information to go on.
