My husband's grandfather William Albert Foxx dropped the last x from his surname. He was born and raised in southeast MO..the boothill. He was born 1909. His father was Sampson Hartwell Foxx and his mother was Anna Elisabeth Russell. They were both born about 1880. This is the most info. I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
