I am trying to confirm 1910 US Census from Perry Co., MS info on my great-grandparents family. I found a family: William FOXWORTH, head age 50; Mattie M., wife age 43 (mother of 8 kids with 7 now living.); Chestley, son age 19; Sidney A., son age 15; Luther A., son age 12; Rosier, son age 8; and Carrie B., daughter age 7.
I would like to know if anyone has info on this family and whether "William" might actually be my great-grand father, Alex or Alexander FOXWORTH husband of Mattie M. HARRIS. They had 7 children that I know of: (unknown birth order and age) Ernest/Earnest, Thelma, Chester, Sid, Rosier, Unknown Female, and Luther A.(my grandfather b. 06 OCT 1900 in Clarke Co., MS, m. Elizabeth HINTON ~ 1922, widowed 1933?, m. Alpha Omega HINTON 1935 in Forrest Co., MS, d. 25 APR 1976 in ST. Tammany Parrish, LA.)
Alex is half-bother to Gus FARMER according to Luther's delayed birth certificate.
I have been unable to find any other Census info on this family. I am really hoping someone knows that the family in the census definitely is or definitely is not the one I am searching for. I'm happy to share any information that I can on these folks.
