I have information on a man named William Orlando Foxwell b. ca 1863 md. Dec. 20 1888 to Elizabeth Hiscock, daughter of Stephen Hiscock; He d. Jan 30 1951 in Dorset, Cremated, Bournemouth Crematorium, Dorset, England; his wife died Oct 2 1935, age 68, in Blue Island, Cook County, IL, U.S.; I'll just copy what I have and you can see if there's anything of use. Since you posted your query in 2003 you probably have found what you needed, but if not:

Was resident of Chicago IL, a niece Mrs. P. L. Coler of 7306 Princeton Ave. Chicago Il was listed as other known relative.
