Upon further research, I believe that Perry Lloyd Decker was the child of James L. Decker of Ohio. He was married to Sarah (I believe her maiden name was Fox. There was a Nancy Fox living with her in the 1870 census. I think she must be her mother, age 81, from NY.) Since Nancy would have been born about 1789, I assume she was the child of the Revolutionary War soldier my grandfather was related to. Any info would be great.
