Fox, childre indentured servitude? 1870s, IL

Looking for information on Thomas Fox. He was born ca. 1861 in OH according to the 1870 census. The only census in which I can find him. In 1877 his younger sister (Cecilia Alice became indentured to a local family, Charles & Bertha Taubeneck. There were 2 other sisters (Sarah J. and Nancy)that I can not find either. I suspect that all of the children were indentured but do not have the ability to go to the courthouse in Clark, IL as I live in Oregon. Does anyone have a Thomas that is about this age that has no family? Any other idea? I have the papers for Cecilia. I cannot find their parents after the 1870 census either. They were still alive in 1877, they were just too poor to take care of their children.

Thank you,

Jennifer
