Val, My Fowlies were from New Deer. GGGGgrandfather George Fowlie c. 1790 m Margaret Cantley b.1793. Had 10 children. They let Scotland for Quebec, possibly arrived in Illinois in 1862. My ggggrandfather Joseph m. Katie Ross in IA and my gtrandmother was only child Josephine. Are we from the same line? Barbara Kagy kagy@comcast.net
