Edmund Fowler and Rachel Hunt had a daughter Rachel, but she was born in 1719 and married Lewis Palmer who was not related to William Palmer. Below is what I have on her. I am descended from Phebe who married Timothy Mead in 1752. Rachel was almost certainly the granddaughter of Henry Fowler who lived in Providence and died in Westchester County, and had 7 sons but I have been unable to determine her parents.
William Palmer was born 6 Nov 1694 in Wethersfield, CT. He died 6 Nov 1786 in Charlotte, Dutchess Co., New York.
William married Rachel Fowler in 1718 in Greenwich CT. Rachel Fowler was born in 1702 in Providence, RI.
