Hi cousin....I would love to exchange information. I cannot find much on this family...Joel was born in Athens Co. in 18ll; married Fanny Biggerstaff in 1/20/1831, Athens Co.; died after 1850; I am assuming in Athens Co. Do not know where he is buried. Your Fred was a brother to my William (Joel's son) who was born in 1833. I am not sure of William's gravesite but I should have no problem finding it. I know he died in Athens Co. (I'm still living here). Do you have any information on Fred and Williams other siblings? Namely, Elsie...she was living with William according to the 1880 census. By then William was a widower with 3, maybe 4, children in the home. Any information you could give me on this family I would love to have and if I can help you, let me know. Do you know where the Fouty's came from? I show Frederick being born in Washington, Ohio, but lately I have heard he was born in Switzerland (?) or Pennsylvania...any info on his parents? Do you have any pictures? I only have one picture of my greatgrandmother, Irene Foughty, and her daughter, Ella, my grandmother. I would be interested in the family resemblance....red hair???? Hope to hear from you soon. Phyllis
