I always thought that the Found family were a relatively small group, so I was surprised to see your message. I do not know of the people you mentioned on your message, however, I did know a Jack and Marjorie Found (nee Ball) (b circa late 1800's to early 1900's).

The offspring from that marriage were John Denis(1929-2001) and Terence (1931-still living). John Denis had 2 sons, John James (b1951) and Dayle Martin (b1954). Terence had 2 children..Christopher and Jane..no information on them sorry. All of the above were born in the UK, but the siblings remain in Australia.

I had read on a website regarding the origin on the name Found some time ago. It seems that a baby was left abandoned near a dock and was taken on by some sailors. As the child had no surname, they gave it the name of 'Found'. As to the authenticity of that information, I cannot say..but this was the info I was given.
