Searching for information on William E. Foulks. Who are his parents, What happened to him, What was his wife's maiden name.

According to a caption on a picture of Rev. Foulks and his family, (in 1901) he lived in Alpine, Texas and preached once a month in Sanderson, Texas (From New Mexico Methodist Conference Archives). Annual Conference journals detail his appointment history starting in a 1895. When he died and where he is buried is unknown. Thanks for any help!
