Mike, I have a lady from the past haunting me ....Amelia FOULGER C1799- 1875. All I know is she came from UK, possibly Cambridge, aboard "HIBERNIA " around 1823/4 to Australia. She had an illigitimate child to my 4x ggfather in 1829 outside a ligitimate marriage to a James Wood.
Amelia after being widowed in 1834 raised her son & died in 1875 Sydney,Aust.
My problem is where exactly did she originate from? etc.
If anything fits or develops I would be glad to hear from you.....Kind regards Peter Hayse
