I'm still looking for the parents of William Mack Stoots who took his step father's name (Stoots). According to her death certificate, his mother, Elizabeth, was a Swecker, daughter of John Swecker/Swacker.
I'm looking for the husband of Elizabeth Swecker b before 1880 who married unknown (possibly Foster or Forrester) and had a son William Mack ____ b 22 Nov 1895. Her death certificate says that her father was John and her mother was unknown. She married Andrew Stoots c 1900 and lived in Sullivan Co., TN and possibly Greene or Johnson Co., TN (all in N.Eastern TN). She died 7 Oct 1916 in Sullivan Co., TN. A relative, Jack Foster/Forester is involved in some way. He lived in Sullivan Co., TN.
