In numerous places on the internet, a marriage date and place is shown for Joel Parks (1761-1850) & Chloe Foster Parks (1764-1832)as 31 Oct 1784 Ballston Center, Saratoga Co., NY. However, I can not find one verifiable reference for this marriage anywhere. Does anyone know where actual proof of this marriage might be found? Chloe Foster is of the Christopher Foster of Long Island line.
