Clare hi,
Don't know about your Fosters but if like mine they would cary the name on for ever. I have a Ephraim H.Foster Father was Robert C.Foster b VA.the E.H.Foster was b in KY moved to Tenn. and his son E.H. Jr. died in Al. I have some very old Document that are very hard to try and under stand but it's looking a lot better then it did 12 years ago.
