Harriott or Harriet Cross Foster, Maryland?

Hi all,

I'm trying to track a Harriet Cross who married a Maryland
planter with the last name of Foster, prior to 1855. Her
father was Brig. General Osborne Cross, late of US Army, died
1867.

She remarried a James Dunwoody Bulloch, who's sister married
Theodore Roosevelt Jr.
