Looking for descendants of this family. Thomas Franklin Foster 1831-1908/Nancy Jane Hampton Foster 1833-1909. Both buried Newfound Bap Chu Cem, Leicester, Buncombe Co, NC. I am in the process of erecting a new stone on their graves, as the old one is badly broken. I would like to add childrens names, as I think I have all. Children: James M. 1852(nothing more on him); Sarah 1854-1931 married William M. Frisbee 20 Oct 1872; William Leicester Foster 1857-1943 (my gr-grandfather, married Sarah Jane Ratcliff 6 Jun 1879 & Creola Morgan 10 Feb 1901 (I have all this family from eldest to present day); Franklin M. 1859-1938 married Mary Lucinda Ratcliff 12 Aug 1880; Philetus H.1861-1942 married Mary Jane Blackwell 14 Mar 1889; Mary Jane 1864-1922 married Joseph Wesley Parham 11 Jun 1890; John M. 1865-1927 marries Cances Rogers 27 Nov 1892 & Mary Emma Sluder; Alfred C. 1866- married Louisa Sisson 24 May 1888; Matilda Ann 1866-1962 married Alfred Brank, Sr. Please write me at garland@dnet.net with any info & will share what I have on these families.
