Help solve this? Who is Louisa Ann Foster b 1857, 'niece' to Nancy Kemp Foster

I have a stray FOSTER who is related to the Nancy Kemp Foster b. 13 Feb 1809 SC who married John Holloway 28 Oct 1830 in Morgan, Illinois before they moved to Benton Co. MO--then later moved on to California. Old family records were found that say that Nancy Kemp (Foster) Holloway's daughter Millie Ann Holloway and her husband Calloway Green Heath RAISED a 'cousin' of Millie Ann's, along with their own children. The cousin was a Louisa Ann FOSTER born 11 Feb 1857. The records do not say where she was born.

Does anyone recognize this Louisa? In order to be a 'cousin' she'd have to be the daughter of a sibling of Nancy Kemp Foster b 1809.
