I am looking for Harriet S. Foster, born abt. 1859 in Fannin co. GA. and Married David J. Dilbeck, 03 Apr. 1879 in Fannin co. GA.
Residence: 1870 - city, Fannin, Georgia
Do you have this census report and if so, is this the right Harriet Foster?
David and Harriet were in Fannin co. GA. in 1880 with son George W.Dilbeck, 5 mts. old.David and Harriet Foster Dilbeck had another son born 1882, Newell Columbus Dilbeck.
David Dilbeck is next found in 1900,Morgan co. TN.with a 2nd. wife, married 8 yrs. [1892]sons, George W. is 20 and Newell C. is 18.
Heres another twist: although the Fannin co. GA. marriages has this David J. Dilbeck married to Harriet Foster, I have the death cert. for Newell Columbus Dilbeck that names his mother as Harriet Miller.
What happened to Harriet??
I sure could use some help with this one.
