MRS. ELIZABETH FOSDICK
FEBRUARY 11, 1910
The death of Mrs. Elizabeth Fosdick, relict of Samuel Fosdick, for years a resident of Chatsworth, occurred at her late home in Chicago, on Tuesday, February 8, at the advanced age of nearly 93 years.
The Fosdicks settled in Germanville township in1858, and they moved into the village of Chatsworth in 1864, Mr. Fosdick being engaged in the practice of law.
A number of years ago the family removed to Chicago, where the death of Mr. Fosdick occurred, since which time the mother and only daughter, Miss Mary, had made their home together.
The remains were brought to this city on the afternoon train today, and funeral services were held at the William Cowling home, at the corner of Maple and Fifth streets. The interment was beside the remains of Mr. Fosdick in the Chatsworth cemetery.
