Looking for information for a Mary Fortune who was married to a Hugh Bolger. Their son William Bolger was born in County Wexford, Ireland abt. 1856-1861. William Bolger died in Chicago, IL in February 1921.
This is from William Bolger's death certificate:
William Bolger was born on (don't know), he was 65 or born 1856, in County Wexford, Ireland. His parents are listed as Hugh Bolger and Mary Fortune, both of County Wexford. He died on 14 Feb 1921 and he lived at 4150 Gladys Avenue. The informant was listed as Wm. P. Sheridan of 3825 West End Avenue. He was buried in Calvary on 17 Feb 1921.
William Bolger was married to Ellen Sheridan. This is from her death certificate:
Ellen Bolger nee Sheridan was born on July 29, 1870 in Ireland. Her parents are listed as Michael Sheridan and Catherine Fortune. She died in Chicago, Illinois on June 7, 1950 and lived at 5518 W. Lexington Street. The informant was Mary B. Ryan, daughter. She was buried in Calvary on June 10, 1950.
Interesting that the mother of Ellen Sheridan is a Catherine Fortune and the mother of William Bolger is a Mary Fortune.
