There are less than 30 copies remaining in my inventory of the 1989 book, The Fortineux-Fortinet Family (Fortney, Fortna, Fordney, Furtney) in America. This 600-page fully-indexed book clarified for the first time the relationship between the various branches of the family and the different spellings of the name. The Fortineux-Fortinet Family in America book remains the most comprehensive genealogy of the Fortna family.
