"WILLIAM R. FORTIN, of Pawtucket, was born in Vergennes, Vt., August 26, 1880, and received his education in the public schools of Central Falls. Has been inspector of milk of the city of Pawtucket since 1903; member of the state board of pharmacy since 1909. Has been representative since January, 1911. Occupation, pharmacist. Politics, republican."
