My name is Joseph Paul FORTIN one of the sons of Charles Edward FORTIN and Irene LAPORTE. I was born in Norwich, CT and raised in Baltic, CT and now live in Washington state. My father was born in Drummondville, QE, Canada. His father died when he was nine years old, and his mother remarried (Albert COUTU) My father had one sister Regina FORTIN.
