I have an old photo of a small child with the following written on the back: "Billie" Forsythe IIII, 2 yrs & 12 days old, 12-25-29, Kansas City, Missouri.
This photo was in the belongings of my husband's g.g-grandmother, Catherine NOE. This is the line I am actually tracing. I would assume that the child is her grandchild or even great-grandchild. She died in 1932 at the age of 82. I would love to find the connection to this child and give the photo to the proper descendant.
