I am seeking information on three Forsiths/Forsyths in early VA records: #1 JOHN FORSITH: Forsith, John. Publication 1665. Note [Wills] Order Book No. 9, 1664-1674 (Reel 26) #2 JACOB FORSITH: 24 Feb. 1673/4. Will of Edmund CHISMAN, Sr. of New Poquoson, York Co., “weak in body” All estate to my wife Mary CHISMAN, for life. To son Thomas CHISMAN, the mill stones and all the iron works belonging to them, that Mr. Gilbert MEDCALF in consideration of money I had in my hands of his. After his mother’s decease, to my said son all my land at Milford Haven, and the land I formerly lived on to him. I bequeath further the land I purchased of my brother John CHISMAN, being a part of a divident of land of my said brother’s, lying in New Poquoson on York River.
