I am looking for help in identifying a James Forsyth born ca 1783 Scotland, immigrated ?. He and family are enumerated in the 1830, 1840 and 1850 census of White River Twns, Randolph County, IN.
I am not sure of where in census' prior to those.

In the 1840 and 1850 census James is alone - no wife, no kids. Nil on the 1860 census. In the 1830 census there are his wife and 2 females in the 10-15 age range. If I can identify the girls as Phebe and Hellen - my search is complete - and hooray!

The girls married 2 brothers named MILLER in 1835 and 1836 in Randolph County, IN.
I would appreciate any clues or guidance with this problem. Thanx.
