In a letter from one Forshaw to another- dated 20/10/1915. "All Forshaws are related.
we are of the Royal Scottish Clan Shaw and have a distinct tartan, our ancestors left Scotland in 1603 for the Liverpool district and we thus became a Lancastrian family"
Margaret.
