Lot's of conflicting info. Two Henry Countys' multiple Williams' and James... I'm confused.

James Forrester 1769 (Married Sarah Thames) [gggggg grand]
William Forrester (birth unknown, wife Mary? or unknown [ggggggg grand]
A family member has a copy of William's naturalization papers from 1785. I believe he came from Ireland sometime before that. But who are his parents????????????? I think his father is going to be a James and I think it lines up with the info on the Clan Forrester website on the history of the clan.CAn anyone help??
