John Nathaniel Forrest was born 1823, Bedford Co, TN, d. 8 Oct 1867, Memphis, TN. John was paralyzed from the waist down from wounds in the Mexican War. I don't know of a marriage. I am descended from the brother of his mother, Miriam Beck Forrest. Dr. R. F. Wicker, Jr.
