My husband's great grandfather was James David Forrest, b. January 28, 1857 in MO. James' siblings were Benjamin F., Mary J., Amanda and John. I wonder if they could be the children of F.M. you're searching for? We don't have any info on their father, other than he was originally from TN (thought to be Humphreys County) and was killed during the Civil War years in MO. After the Civil War, the family moved back to Humphreys County, TN. Any chance we have a connection?
