Yes indeed! I looked up Nancy in my Forrest files. I have the following info on her: she is the daughter of Nathan Forrest and Nancy Shepherd Baugh, specifically she is their 14th child (my gggg grandad Brittain is their 13th). Nancy M. Forrest was born September 17th, 1816 in TN (of course), Nancy married John Comer Lewis. In "History of Tennessee" page 1212 "John C. Lewis married a daughter of Nathan Forrest near Orange Court House, NC, ...The grandmother LEWIS was a member of the same family of which Gen. NB Forrest was a descendent, all at one time residents of Bedford and Marshall counties." I have some other info on Nathan and Nancy if you're interested. Take care cous!
