I'm trying to help a friend find out more about her father who passed away when she was 13 months old. He was from Virginia and lived in Norfolk.
Here is the information I have:
Kenneth Leigh Forrest b 1910 or 1911, d. October 1962
Mom: Hattie W. Forrest
Dad: Hezekiah P. Forrest
Brother Paul R. Forrest
He graduated Balboa High School, class of 1931 - I believe it is in the Panama Canal Zone
Honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy 9/21/44 - service number: 402-85-51 from Comandant, 15th Naval District, Balboa, Canal Zone
This is all I know of him...any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
