Anyone have evidence of Scottish folks with the surname extension De Forrest?
My DNA Haplogroup points to Lowland Scotland for paternal line. This is confirmed by a positive SNP M284 result from EthnoAncestry in Edinburgh. Forrest is a common Scottish surname. Would be happy to learn there were some De Forrests as well. Thanks for your help.
