My grandmother is Francesca Formica born 5-23-1887 in Sicily Italy San Petro,Milazza She had 2 brothers Salvatore and Guieseppe and 1 sister Lucia Formica Sofia. I have letters from Lucia to Francesca back in the 1940's but they are all written in Italian and I do not understand them.

Francesca's parents names were Salvatore and Theresa Foti Formica

Francesca came to the United States(PA) on May 31, 1913. While still in Italy, She married Salvatore Arico. After coming to the USA they seperated. That is all I have on the family. I do know that Lucia had MANY children. I did make that out in the letters.

Anybody with any information about these Formica's. Please email me. Thank you.
